About

One person who has worked inside almost every part of the chain.

Liz Stone, Revenue Systems CMO

I started answering phones in a call center when I was 21. It taught me early that a lead does not become revenue because a dashboard says it was delivered. The source, offer, timing, phone system, agent, script, follow-up and reporting all matter.

I am also a neurodivergent mother of two. My brain naturally looks for patterns, contradictions and connections across large amounts of information. That can make ordinary life more complicated than a clean calendar would suggest. In business, it is exceptionally useful.

I am most useful when a lot is moving at once and no explanation holds up. If the problem is contained to one channel and your team already knows where it is, you do not need me.

Outside of client work I wrote Capable, But Can't, a book about high performers whose brains handle complexity easily and simple tasks badly. That work sits under Maxora LLC, apart from client engagements.
